Manufacturing concept of polycarbonate embossed corrugated sheet:
(1) The design of reverse low-static fine embossing pattern with interval upper and lower planes is adopted to enhance the stiffness and anti-static function of the board surface.
(2) The combination of granular surface and transparent surface produces special effects. When the sunlight is the strongest, the light shines directly on the embossed surface, and about 50% of the light shines in, producing soft light; when the sunlight is oblique, the light transmittance can reach about 90%. In this way, the change of sunlight can produce the best light effect.
Characteristics of polycarbonate corrugated and embossed sheet:
Light transmittance: good light transmittance (light transmittance up to 88%). It will not turn yellow, fog or have poor light transmittance when exposed to sunlight.
Weather resistance: There is a UV-proof co-extrusion layer on the surface to prevent the resin from fatigue and yellowing caused by sunlight ultraviolet rays. The surface co-extrusion layer has chemical bonds to absorb ultraviolet rays and convert them into visible light. It has a good stabilizing effect on plant photosynthesis.
Impact resistance: PC clean board is one of the most impact-resistant thermoplastics. Even at high temperatures, its potential deterioration is still small, and stress relaxation is also small.
Flame retardancy: According to the national GB8624-97 test, it belongs to the flame retardant B1 level, no fire drops, no toxic gas.
Temperature resistance: The low-temperature brittle temperature is -100℃, the high-temperature softening temperature is 146℃, the allowable temperature under long-term load conditions is -40℃~+120℃, and the short-term load temperature is -100℃～+135℃.
Sound insulation: It has good sound insulation effect and is the preferred material for highway sound barriers internationally. The sound insulation characteristics of the material are determined by hardness, weight and physical structure.
Heat insulation: PC clean board is one of the synthetic resins with a small linear expansion coefficient. The linear expansion coefficient of the board in different directions is slightly different, averaging 0.065mm/m.℃.
Processability: It can be cut by hand and can be cold-bent at room temperature without heating. It is light in weight and easy to carry and drill. It is not easy to break when cut off and installed, and the construction is simple and the processing is good.
Not easy to condense: The anti-fog droplet board adopts the German Bayer anti-fog droplet material and technology, and is treated by a high-tech infrared special process. The surface of the board is evenly distributed with a high concentration of anti-fog droplet coating. The function of the anti-fog droplet coating is to increase the surface tension, so that the water mist formed on the surface quickly condenses into water droplets and slides down the board wall.
No pollution, environmental protection: PC clean light board is odorless, non-toxic and non-radiative. No toxic substances are produced during the production and use process. The product can be recycled and used. It is a modern new green and environmentally friendly building material.
